Working with our Kindergarten Buddies
On a beautiful morning in May, the 6th graders joined with the kindergartners to help them build a habitat for an imaginary creature, the Gruffalo. After selecting a safe and protected place behind the classroom and marking it with a flag bearing the name of the kindergartner, the students searched high and low for the natural materials that would provide good shelter for the Gruffalo.
